Sales Representative
Location: Princeton, NJ (Greater New York City Area)
Type: Full-time

Sales Representative Job Description:

  • Responsible for sales activities, from lead generation through closing.
  • Sells consultatively and makes recommendations to prospects based on the testing solutions offered by Pedagogue
  • Works with company management to develop effective marketing programs
  • Creates quotes and proposals
  • Attends trade-shows as a representative of the company
  • Maintains accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, and closed sales.

Required Skills

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

  • High energy, motivated and results driven
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate in both written and verbal form
  • Ability to work with company management to develop strategies for selling products and services
  • A college degree
  • Some experience selling in the corporate training marketplace a plus
  • Experience with enterprise software solutions a plus
