Pedagogue Solutions offers technical support
through support packs. Prepaid days of support are charged
as used and are charged in 15-minute increments. Support Units
never expire and roll over form year to year. Pedagogue Support
is available Monday through Friday 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM (EST)
The off-site Pedagogue hosting data center
is staffed 24x7 in their Network Operations Center (NOC).
This staff monitors all operations and are available for remote
hands on support of ExamsDirect portals.
